These terms are the agreement between you and the operator of DerivZone. By signing in you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the service.

1. What DerivZone is
DerivZone provides automated chart-reading tools to clients of the introducing broker who operates it. The tools describe what has already happened on a price chart. They are provided for information only.

2. Not advice, not signals
Nothing on DerivZone is financial advice, investment advice, a personal recommendation, or a trading signal. We do not know your circumstances, we do not assess suitability, and we never tell you to buy or sell anything. If you need advice, seek it from someone licensed to give it in your country.

3. How we are paid — and why that matters to you
We are an introducing broker for Deriv. When you open a Deriv account through our link, Deriv pays us a share of the revenue it earns from your trading activity. You pay us nothing, and the amount you pay Deriv is unchanged. We disclose this because it is a conflict of interest you are entitled to weigh: we earn more when you trade more, and nothing in these tools should be read as an encouragement to trade.

4. Your decisions are yours
Every trading decision you make, and every gain or loss that follows, is entirely your own. You are responsible for checking anything the tools show against your own analysis before acting on it.

5. Who may use it
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Access is limited to people whose Deriv account is registered under our partner id. If your account stops being tagged to us, your access may end.

6. Where it is offered
DerivZone is not directed at, and is not offered to, anyone in a country where using it, or using Deriv's products, would break local law. We do not solicit business in such places. It is your responsibility to know whether this service and Deriv's products are lawful where you live, and to comply with your own tax obligations.

7. No guarantee of accuracy
Market data reaches us from Deriv and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. The tools may miss something, report something that turns out to be meaningless, or stop working. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or that the service will be available at any particular moment. Everything is provided “as is”.

8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any trading loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of DerivZone or from any inaccuracy or unavailability in it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Independent of Deriv
DerivZone is not a Deriv product, is not operated by Deriv, and is not endorsed or reviewed by Deriv. “Deriv” is used only to identify the broker whose accounts and market data the service works with, and remains their trademark. Your account, your funds and your trades are matters between you and Deriv, under Deriv's own terms.

10. Free, and what that means
Access costs you nothing and there is no trial that expires. We may change what the tools do, add or remove them, or stop offering the service, at any time. Because you pay nothing, you are not owed a refund or continuity of any particular feature.

11. Acceptable use
Do not resell, redistribute or republish what the tools produce as your own signal service; do not scrape or automate access beyond normal personal use; do not attempt to access another person's account or the admin area. We may close access that breaks these rules.

12. Your account and security
You sign in through Deriv or with a one-time code sent to your address. Keep that access to yourself; anything done through your session is treated as done by you. Tell us at once if you think someone else has got in.

13. Personal data
We store your Deriv email and/or account id, your consent records, your tool settings and basic login logs, in order to run the service and check that you are eligible. What we hold, why, for how long, and what you can ask us to do about it is set out in the Privacy Policy.

14. Ending access
You may stop using DerivZone at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms, if your Deriv account is no longer registered under our partner id, or if we stop operating the service.

15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version and effective date are shown at the top of this page. If a change is material we will ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in, and your continued use after that is your acceptance.

16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the place where the operator is established, and any dispute is to be brought before the courts there. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
