Is this a signals service?

No. The tools read and report what's happening on the chart — they don't tell you what to buy or sell.

Which products does it work on?

Deriv's synthetic indices — Volatility, Crash and Boom, Jump, Step, Range Break, DEX and Drift Switch. They move around the clock, which is the only reason the tools can read them around the clock too.

Can I sign in with any Deriv account?

Only an account that was opened through our link, or later linked to us by Deriv, can sign in.

How do I link an existing account?

Why Deriv, and what the consent screen says

Why Deriv? It is the only thing that can confirm which account is yours — Deriv gives us no client list to look you up in. We never see your password, and we never place a trade.

Deriv's permission screen will say this app is asking for trading access. That is the only sign-in permission Deriv now offers — DerivZone never places, changes or closes a trade. It reads which account is yours, and nothing else.

On Deriv's screen the app is called DZone Charts — that is us. Deriv does not accept app names containing "Deriv".

Access is free for clients registered under our Deriv partner id. These are chart-reading aids, not financial advice.
